If you go to war, 

you must take a weapon

Should we allow our populace allow weapons? Some of the answer lies in whether they are at war (so to speak) with crime, or in any other way, such as defending themselves against government. We also should consider whether they need to be at war with that crime, or whether law enforcement can or should handle it.
