It is said every page of the Mueller Report has a warning that parts could jeopardize national security, and cannot be revealed to the public.
But, it would seem the full report can and should be released to Congress, or at least to committees of Congress concerned with the report.
What do you make of this law:
"Whoever corruptly . . . alters . . . or conceals a . . . document . . . with the intent to impair the object's integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding . . . shall be fined . . . or imprisoned . . ."
If the document isn't released to Congress in its entirety, then doesn't that constitute an altering? If you take out no more than the sensitive parts, that is an altering. If Congress is conducting official proceedings concerning the investigation, it is entitled to the full report unedited, and unchanged in any way.
