We've felt disappointment that Utah ranks so terribly in voter turnout. Maybe, though, some don't vote because it rubs them wrong to be voting when they haven't studied to know who they should vote for. That's just a thought. But, if it is true, maybe the low voter turnout is actually a reflection not of an irresponsible populace, but a responsible one, one that realizes it is a little hypocritical to vote just to vote if you don't know what you're voting for.
