And the bananas are selling well
People are backing all this crazy stuff
Near as I can tell

Tariffs to the wall
Teachers to the ditch
And all that stuff about freedom
Suddenly comes unhitched

Press members are being banned
And innocents tossed in jail
If you want the end of democracy
