One of Humanity's Darkest Episodes?

It is already being called one of “the darkest episodes in human history, from slavery to the horror of the Nazi concentration camps.” Those who Trump deported yesterday were not allowed trials and are now suddenly imprisoned in one of the harshest prisons in the world. Many of these people could be without criminal backgrounds or tendencies. Yet we sent them to one of the harshest prisons in the world. Google to see the pictures. No, I would not say they are as harsh of conditions as the Jews faced in Nazi Germany, but then again, I wonder. No gas chambers, at least.

In Hitler's reign, he portrayed the Jews as enemies of the state and society. Does that sound familiar? They were accused of fabricated offenses. Yes, there are criminals among those immigrating to America, just as there probably were criminals among the Jews sent to the gas chambers. But think of the larger body of innocent people. Then, what of the innocents Trump is sending to a prison without justice?

Where is America headed? If you were alive when Hitler was abusing the Jews, would you have sat idly by, as if it were none of your concern? Then, what of today? The day you live in today comes with a mandate, stand for what is right and good, protect American principles from being washed away.
And protect the innocent. If you would protect the Jews back then, then protect the "Jews" of our day
