Bully on the Block
The U.S. became the bully
That fateful day
A new president, a new agenda
He sent our old image packing away
No more Mr. Nice Guy
Trump was big and tough
And to play in his playground
You had to be ready to play rough
No longer the world's big brother
We became the bully on the block
"Don't mess with us, don't mess with us"
That became the talk
Not a kinder, gentler nation
But one to be feared
Don't look for help from us anymore
That's not the way we're geared
Once benevolence ruled the land
Helping others back then was cool
But now America's place in the world is different
Now it just wants to rule
