For the Soldiers' Sake

The blood of two world wars will stain our hands
If we abandon Ukraine right now
Our soldiers fought for liberty
To tyranny they refused to bow

Decades and decades later
The freedom of Europe is again at stake
Do we no longer champion freedom?
We should support it for the soldiers' sake
