Jim Hill was gunned down by Russian snipers as he stood in the bread line. He becomes the first person from the U.S. killed by the Russians. Hill was from Driggs, Idaho. He was in the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv where he was seeking medical treatment for his partner.
