Child Refugee Graduates Should be Allowed to Stay Regardless

For the first time since DACA ( Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) was created in 2012, the vast majority of non-documented immigrant graduates will not be eligible to remain in the U.S. since they came to the U.S. after June 15, 2007. The law requires them to arrive before that date.

Congress should update the law. These graduate refuges should always be allowed to stay. Congress should make it so regardless when they arrive, these graduates should be allowed to stay. the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program
