Like Outlaws

A sign
A sign to come
A sign of freedom lost
You jail the press
You shut them down
And what will be the cost?

Coverage of the protests?
Coverage of the news?
When you don't allow the media
And you don't allow their crews?

The day will come
If we walk this path
Walk it far enough
Government will decide what news is news
And which reporters get handcuffed

There lies a head just such a soul
Who would be our president
He would love to arrest the "lying" press
He won't be hesitant

We only hasten Satan's work
We only help his cause
When we see the press at student protests
And treat them like outlaws
