From the Lips of Truth

Truth had just given its witness
Truth had been on the stand
And all the people stood up
And gave truth a hand

Rather than just another person to testify
Truth, itself, was called
And with such a witness on the stand
The people were enthralled

I wish it were that easy
As we consider Joe Biden and Mr. Trump
I wish we could just ask the truth
Which one is good and which one, the chump

I've got my opinion and its certain
That Biden's the good guy here
But I wish we had truth to speak out
And tell us what we need to hear
